phpAD is a php add-on designed to connect the Microsoft Active Directory to your
PHP applications. It includes user authentication matching groups, fields validation,
user browser. Today many companies have based their IS infrastructure on Microsoft products
but still want to use Open Source solutions for web development that's why
phpAD has born. Don't
hesitate to post your remarks and requests on the forum.
All the
phpAD scripts are based around the PHP framework. Most of them are using Ajax like technologies
written in JavaScript to deliver best interactive user experience. This scripts have been designed to
work on both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Server requirements :
- PHP 4.x or PHP 5.x ( with LDAP support )
- A login on the Active Directory domain.
We can't help you on how to install the LDAP libs on your webserver, please do a search on
internet before asking on the forum.
This scripts are provided for free with limited support. If you are using this tools on your
enterprise network, we'll greatly appreciate a donation.
Our wish is to improve this tools to match the high level of service requested today in
